Tamashii Bar in Niseko Hirafu is looking for a fun, motivated, and burger-loving chef to join us for Summer 2026!

This is not your typical kitchen job — we’re all about good vibes, great music, and serving up awesome burgers to a lively crowd. If you enjoy working in a social environment, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cooking and assembling burgers (and making them look damn good)
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
Working with a small, friendly team

The Details:

Full-time position or part time
5 or 6 days per week
Summer 2026 season (dates TBC)
Staff accommodation may be available

Who We’re Looking For:

You like cooking (burger lovers = big plus 🍔)
Some kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
You’re reliable, quick, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team spirit
